Maharashtra News | Eknath Shinde - Ajit Pawar Rift In Mahayuti, Ministers Speak Out The ongoing rift between the two Deputy Chief Ministers of Maharashtra seems to have gotten worse with both Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar skipping events organised by each other’s parties or departments held by each other’s parties. The state government denies a rift. Meanwhile a comment made in a lighter vein has also led to speculation over the rift as Ajit Pawar publicly said despite trying, he not been able to become Chief Minister.
