Reacting on PDP Chief Mehbooba Mufti's statement on Indus water treaty, Kishtwar BJP MLA Shagun Parihar said "Blood and water cannot flow together. 26 people were killed in Baisaran. I don't understand why Mehbooba Mufti's mind is inclined towards Pakistan. She is a citizen of Jammu & Kashmir, India. She should speak about India right now and stand with the nation. Our 26 civilians are killed, but Mehbooba Mufti is still speaking the language of Pakistan... She is attracted towards Pakistan; maybe that is the reason why her party got only three seats.
