1. Pamper your skin
There's no time like a relaxed Friday evening to give your skin the attention that it deserves. All you have to do it walk into your kitchen and look for some ingredients that'll work wonders for your skin. The simplest connection with ingredients you will definitely find in your kitchen would be a besan, honey and milk face pack. Simply mix the three ingredients together and apply on your face. Gently scrub off when dry. This is sure to give your skin the softness and sheen that will help you glow on your weekend brunch.
2. Drink a glass of red wine
Many studies have shown that moderate consumption of red wine can lower the risk of several diseases and actually has health benefits. The key word here being 'moderate', though. So unless you have a restriction on alcoholic beverages, sit back, relax and pour yourself a glass of red wine to drink. Red wine is known to be rich in antioxidants - but other than that, it'll also help you unwind and prepare you for a good night's sleep. Remember to keep your consumption to two glasses or less, though.
3. Watch a light, funny film
There's nothing quite like having a good laugh to take away the week's stresses and loosen you up. Curl up in a bed and turn on a funny movie or show you've missed out on, or one that you know gets you laughing every time. Going to bed happy and stress-free on a Friday night is sure to keep you smiling for the rest of the weekend.
