Cannes Film Festival: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Takes Aaradhya Around The French Riviera

New Delhi: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is a Cannes veteran, true that. Her five-year-old daughter, Aaradhya, is on her way to become one. This year is Aaradhya's second visit to the Cannes Film Festival after she accompanied Aishwarya to the French Riviera last year. Meanwhile, it's a new day in Cannes, which means mom Aishwarya and daughter Aaradhya are out on a customary tour of the French town, both looking pretty, of course. Ash and Aaradhya were spotted leaving Hotel Martinez together - the actress looking chic and uber-stylish in a white pantsuit and Aaradhya is cute as a button in pink florals. Aaradhya's day dress is a reflection of Ash's fashion mantra - simplicity is key. Tonight is when Aishwarya will make her red carpet debut at the 70th edition of the Cannes Film Festival and will also make and appearance tomorrow.

Aaradhya is such a poser, waving and smiling at the cameras with all the cuteness in the world.
 

 

 

The 43-year-old actress checked into the French Riviera on Thursday - Day 2 of the Cannes Film Festival. The former beauty queen was welcomed with a bouquet of flowers and a bevy of cameras at the Nice International Airport.

Earlier, she was spotted leaving Mumbai in casuals teamed with a brown trench coat while Aaradhya was adorable in a blue dress. Ash's actor-husband Abhishek Bachchan was also at the airport to see them off.
 This year marks Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's 16th visit to the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, where she made her debut in 2002 for Devdas, which she will also represent this year. This year, Aishwarya's red carpet appearance has been preceded by that of Deepika Padukone's and will be followed by Sonam Kapoor's. Like Aishwarya and Deepika, Sonam is also a brand ambassador for cosmetics giant L'Oreal Paris and will take on the red carpet on May 21 and May 22.

Cannes Film Festival took off on May 17 and will conclude on May 28.
