New Delhi: Actress Lisa Haydon is exploring the ways of motherhood - a glimpse of which she recently shared on Instagram. Lisa Haydon and her husband Dino Lalvani welcomed baby Zack in May, who is now five-months-old, which means he's ready for his initial swimming lessons. The actress-model stepped into a baby pool with baby Zack in a float and made for an adorable picture, which she shared on Instagram. "First swim lesson..," is how she captioned it. Aww, so cute. I've gotten loads of posts asking about life after having my son... esp to do with weight and fitness. Seeing as it's World Breastfeeding Week- time to give some credit where credit is due. Breastfeeding has played such a big part in getting back into shape after giving birth to my baby. Breastfeeding has been challengingtime consuming (literally hours spent everyday trying to stimulate milk supply) but it's such a beautiful way to bond and connect with your child plus all the nutritional benefits that your child gets from your milk. Lisa Haydon married the 44-year-old business tycoon in a beautiful beach wedding in November. The close-knit ceremony was attended by a handful of relatives and friends of the two. Lisa Haydon dated Dino Lalvani for a year and announced her engagement with an adorable post in September last year. Lisa has last been seen in Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. She has also featured in films like Rascals, Queen, The Shaukeens, Santa Banta Pvt Ltd and Housefull 3.
