Gauri Shinde Made a Film With Alia and Shah Rukh Because of This Actress

Mumbai: Filmmaker Gauri Shinde said that actress Sridevi is the reason she is able to make her second film. Ms Shinde, who made a promising debut as a director with 2012 movie English Vinglish starring the actress, has recently wrapped the shoot of her second movie with Alia Bhatt in the lead role. The 41-year-old director said that Sridevi is the one, who made her believe in herself.

The yet-untitled project also stars Shah Rukh Khan in the movie.

Not much is known about the movie which had started shooting in January this year. It is being produced by SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment, Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and HOPE Productions.
