"We are not ignoring girls. We have always had very strong women characters in all our films. I'm a man so it was easier for me to think from a man's point of view. I do like this idea of Dil Chahta Hai girl sequel. It's an idea worth exploring," Farhan told IANS.

I was like it would be fun. It sounds like a nice idea let me think about it. I do think it's a good idea. I do think there is a potential for a sequel. I think that it would be a nice place to explore," he added.
