Cannes: What Sonam Has Been Doing Ahead of Her Red Carpet Appearance

New Delhi: We got a glimpse of what has been keeping actress Sonam Kapoor busy days before her eagerly-awaited red carpet appearance at the ongoing Cannes Film Festival. On Instagram, Sonam shared pictures from her trip to London, where she reportedly is to zero in her red carpet couture.

Sonam will walk the red carpet on May 15 and May 16 at Cannes. We will tell you no more, have a look:

 Meanwhile, Sonam's filmmaker sister Rhea Kapoor, who accompanies her regularly to the French Riviera shared a special message for those awaiting an update of Sonam's trip to Cannes:

 Previously, the actress has walked the Croisette in creations by Anamika Khanna, Elie Saab, Jean Paul Gaultier and Ralph & Russo.

This will be Sonam's sixth year at the Cannes Film Festival and she will make her debut at the prestigious amfAR gala on May 19.

Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who has been a regular at the amfAR so far, will give it a miss this year for the promotion of her upcoming movie Sarbjit. Aishwarya, whose 15th year at the Cannes it is, stopped traffic on the red carpet in an embellished ensemble by Kuwaiti designer Ali Younes.

Sonam, 30, was last seen in Neerja and has not signed any movie so far.
