Beyhadh Actor Piyush Sahdev Separates From Wife: Reports

New Delhi: Television actor Piyush Sahdev, who currently features in Jennifer Winget's Beyhadh, has separated from his wife Akangsha Rawat, reports Indian Express. Piyush married Akangsha in 2012. "Yes, we have been staying separately for some time now and are also heading for a divorce. Since the case is sub-judice, we are not allowed to speak about it. I don't want to get into any more details as of now," Piyush, 35, told Indian Express. Akangsha is also a television actress and has worked in shows like Solaah Singhaar and Palampur Express. Indian Express reports that Akangsha had shifted her base to South Africa a few months ago.

Of his alleged link-up reports, Piyush told Indian Express, "Those are baseless rumours. I am already going through a very rough phase in my life and all these rumours just add up to my misery. It's a humble request to everyone to not spread such fake rumours and add fuel to the fire." While Akangsha said, "I can't talk about it at the moment."

Piyush plays Rajeev Randhawa, the antagonist in Beyhadh, also starring Kushal Tandon and Aneri Vajani. He also features in a negative role in Devanshi.

Piyush Sahdev made his television debut with Meet Mila De Rabba. He has also been part of shows like Ghar Ek Sapnaa, Geet , Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya and Hum Ne Li Hai- Shapath. However, he became a household name after featuring as Kabir in Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke. Actress Meher Vij is Piyush's younger sister, who has been a part of Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
