Anand Ahuja Instagrams Anil Kapoor's Throwback Pic. Sonam Kapoor's Father Says...

New Delhi: Anand Ahuja's love for sneakers is not unknown - he wore a pair of white sneakers along with sherwani and pants to his own wedding reception. Now, Anand appears to have spotted a similar inclination for sneakers in someone from the Kapoor family, of which he just became an official member. Anand Ahuja and Sonam Kapoor married on May 8 and it looks like he already has access to throwback photos of Sonam's father Anil Kapoor. Sharing a collage of Anil Kapoor from the Nineties and the actor doing film promotions now, Anand borrowed a quote from author Bob Goff and wrote: "We won't be distracted by comparison if we're captivated by purpose." Interestingly, Anil Kapoor can be seen wearing similar sneakers in both the photos.

Now, does Anil Kapoor approve of Anand Ahuja's post? Of course he does. Re-posting the collage, the Race 3 actor shared details of the photos. "Nike then (in Saheb, 1984) and Nike now (in Race 3)!" he wrote along with a thank you note to Anand: "Thank you, Anand Ahuja for sharing this!" Anand Ahuja is the owner of sneaker brand VegNonVeg.

After the big fat wedding, Anand and Sonam shared adorable thank you notes to both Anil and Sunita Kapoor. "Thanks so much Sunita Kapoor, you're the best mom in the whole wide world for making this happen in such a spectacular fashion! Daddy for being so such an amazing host and loving Anand and I so unconditionally," Sonam had Instagrammed.

Anand Ahuja and Anil Kapoor often trend for their Instagram exchanges, for example last year, Anil Kapoor Instagrammed a photo of him sort of photobombing Sonam Kapoor and wrote: "Over protective father caught on camera," to which, Anand Ahuja's response was: "Totally allowed!" Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja had a day wedding on May 8 and wrapped their wedding festivities with a reception in the evening. Anand Ahuja-a Delhi based entrepreneur, also owns the label Bhane, which is one of Sonam's favourite brands.
