Amy Jackson Is Back On With 2.0 Duties. Where You Can Find Her Now

New Delhi: Amy Jackson, who was recently holidaying in Los Angeles, has joined the sets of Rajinikanth's 2.0 in Chennai to shoot for a song, tweeted trade analyst Ramesh Bala - "Amy Jackson is currently shooting for 2.0 song in Chennai." On her Instagram, Amy also provided glimpses of her stay in Chennai. "I romance with the cities I wander," she captioned one of her photographs, which has been clicked by London based photographer Mark Barnfield. Amy Jackson appears to have touched down in Chennai over the weekend, when she caught up with her father. Posing a Sunday special photo on Instagram, she wrote: "The perfect Sunday.... truffle carb overload, plus a visit from my Dad."

2.0 marks Amy Jackson's second movie with Akshay Kumar and her first ever with megastar Rajinikanth. Amy and Akshay are co-stars of Singh Is Bliing. Akshay plays the antagonist - Dr Richards - in 2.0, which is a sequel to Rajinikanth's 2010 film Enthiran, which starred Rajinikanth both as scientist Vaseegaran and his creation Chitti. Directed by Shankar, 2.0 also stars Sudhanshu Pandey and Adil Hussain.

2.0 was earlier expected to hit screens on Diwali but has been rescheduled twice with the release date being shifted to the Republic Day weekend in 2018.

Amy Jackson is also set to make her debut on American television with popular American TV series Super Girl. Amy will feature as Saturn Girl on the third season of the show, which premieres on October 3.
