Aamir Khan's Sexy Baliye Dance Was Choreographed By This Dangal Actress

New Delhi: Liked the video of Aamir Khan's Secret Superstar song Sexy Baliye? Well, here's a secret Aamir Khan's whacky dance moves were choreographed by his Dangal daughter Sanya Malhotra. When Aamir Khan received a compliment for his dance moves in the song, he said: "These cheap party moves are of Sanya Malhotra." Sanya, who played the grown up version of Babita Phogat, reportedly entertain the cast and crew with his quirky dance moves while they were filming Dangal. Apparently, Aamir approached her to choreograph him in the song and Sanya agreed immediately. Aamir co-stars with Zaira Wasim in Secret Superstar, who also starred in Dangal.

This was not the first time Aamir tried the offbeat dance style. Remember his Disco Fighter dance number from Delhi Belly. He danced with Anusha Dhandekar to I Hate You (Like I Love You), which had movie-goers in splits. Watch here:



As for Sexy Baliye, Aamir's dance moves are consistent with the characteristics of his onscreen character, Shakti Kumaarr, whom Kiran Rao (Aamir's wife and the producer of Secret Superstar) had described as the "kind of a guy you don't want to hang out alone in the room with" in an earlier interview to news agency PTI. But Aamir assured fans that he is nothing like Mr Kumaarr. "It is a very unusual character for me. The character is very different from me," he said.

Secret Superstar is the story of a budding singer's fight against the old school-thought, which limited her growth. The film is directed by Advait Chandan and it releases on October 19.
