Heavy Rain Inundates Guwahati, Normal Life Affected
A spell of heavy rain overnight has inundated several roads and residential areas in Assam's Guwahati, disrupting vehicular movement and causing inconvenience to residents of the city. In some localities, rubber boats were out to ferry people. NDTV's Ratnadip Choudhury reports.
