NDTV Ground Report: Rains Bring Traffic To Halt, People Wade Through Water In Delhi
After two hours of unseasonal rain, water logging was reported in many parts of Delhi, bringing traffic to a grinding halt and leaving people with no option but to wade through water to reach their offices. Traffic police personnel have been deployed to ensure the movement of vehicles. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and ministers from her Cabinet visited various parts of the city to take stock of the situation. Ishika Verma reports.
