Cannes 2025: Payal Kapadia Joins As Jury Member | Blake Lively At 'Another Simple Favour' Premiere
Indian filmmaker Payal Kapadia is joining the jury at Cannes film festival 2025. The jury, headed by French actor Juliette Binoche, will choose best film from a selection of 21 movies. Kapadia's film, "All we imagine as light," won the grand prix at Cannes 2024. In another development, Blake Lively & Anna Kendrick starrer film “Another Simple Favour” premiered in New York. The film is a sequel to "A Simple Favour", released in 2018. The story is about 2 friends who reunite for a wedding in Italy that takes a surprising turn. Lively has praised director Paul Feig & Co-Star Anna Kendrick, calling them ‘Dream Team’. The movie will stream on May 1. Watch The World Report for the latest updates.
