Poll results in Canada's federal general election have dramatically shifted over the past few months, with the Liberal Party regaining ground against the Conservatives amid a backdrop of economic uncertainty and heightened tensions with the United States, according to latest surveys. The official election day will fall on April 28. Around 7.3 million electors voted on the four advance polling days, according to Elections Canada on Tuesday.
