26-Year-Old Indian Navy Officer, Who Was On Leave, Among Killed In Pahalgam Attack

Terror attack in J&K's Pahalgam has sent shockwaves throughout the nation leaving many tourists injured and feared dead. While the exact death toll is yet to be confirmed, defence officials have confirmed the death of Lieutenant Vinay Narwal. Lieutenant Vinay Narwal was posted in Kochi, and was killed in the Pahalgam attack while he was on leave. The 26-year-old was a native of Haryana and had recently got married on April 16 2025. Security agencies are on high alert following the incident, and a probe is underway to identify the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
