Last month was something magical for Indian startups. It was pitch-perfect energy at Games24x7's TechXpedite Pitch Day, where 12 startups got a chance to show off their game-changing ideas in front of some serious heavyweights – top investors, government reps, and industry leaders.
After a packed 60-day accelerator journey under the TechXpedite program, startups like Choira, Mple.ai, Glovatrix, LiaPlus AI, Gabify, and BeAble Health took the stage with bold solutions spanning AI, health tech, gaming, and accessibility.
TechXpedite, launched by Games24x7, received over 330 applications from across 24 states. Startups from beyond metro cities like Pune, Indore, and Jaipur also participated.
Encouraging these startups, Maharashtra's IT Minister Ashish Shelar said,
“Initiatives like TechXpedite are essential in nurturing next-generation ideas, driving India's digital transformation, and promoting a thriving startup ecosystem. They align with the government's vision of creating enabling platforms and acting as a catalyst for tomorrow's leading tech enterprises. We look forward to seeing the impact of this program and the success of the exceptional startups it has supported.”
Startups had access to 60-days of mentorship from industry experts who have made it to the big league , networking, and resources worth $500,000 from partners like AWS (Cloud Partner) and 30+ technology companies. NDTV also partnered to provide national exposure.
The ‘Pitch Day' offered the 12 selected startups a platform to showcase their ideas before 100+ industry experts, including top venture capitalists, angel investors, and government officials.
Government bodies backing the initiative included:
- DPIIT (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade)
- Government of Karnataka's IT and Science Department
- Government of Maharashtra's Directorate of Industries
- Government of Telangana's ITE&C and Commerce Departments
