When it comes to her fitness regime, the actress is not a quitter and her social media posts are proof of this. After an amazing family break in Australia, Soha is back to killing it in the gym. Updating her Instagram family, the actress has dropped a video of her rigorous workout routine that will instantly shoo away your midweek blues. The clip begins with Soha strengthening her quadriceps, hamstrings and glute muscles with leg presses.  We also caught her doing multiple reps of burpees with a variation, making for a great cardio session and helps to burn those calories. Reps of dumbbell squats were followed by rope battling with variation to build muscular strength. The clip concluded with Soha nailing the tire flips, which builds endurance and overall body strength. Sharing the clip Soha wrote, “It is so hard to go back to the gym after weeks of holiday bliss … but once you learn to quit it becomes a habit. So here we are back at it.”

Even the holiday season couldn't stop Soha Ali Khan from switching on her beast mode in the gym. The actress dropped a clip of her cardio session last month. From fierce rope battling, one leg squats to mountain climbing, Soha did it all. She even included a resistance band in her workout. We also caught her acing the kettlebell press. Sharing the clip, Soha wrote, “No matter what the season…workout.” She ended the caption with “fitness.”

Soha shared a video of her fitness regime after “an indulgent Diwali.” The clip begins with the actress performing a tougher variant of push-ups called knuckle push-ups. It helps in strengthening your forearms. Apart from putting less tension on your wrist, this variant of push-up also strengthens your grip. Next, we saw her running on an inclined treadmill which is one of the most effective ways to burn more calories. It also targets different muscles like calves, quadriceps, and glutes. The clip concluded with her performing a straight-arm pulldown that improves strength in the back, core, and arm muscles. Along with the video, she wrote, “Thinking about how to get back to your fitness routine post an indulgent Diwali? Just show up!!!”
