NEET UG Result 2025: TOP 10 PERFORMING STATES THIS YEAR

The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the result for NEET UG on June 14, 2025 for over 22 lakh candidates.

A total of 22,09,318 students had appeared for the exam and of them 12,36,531 qualified.

State-Wise Result: UP

Uttar Pradesh secured the top spot this year with 1.70 lakh students qualifying the exam.

Maharashtra

Maharashtra took the second position with 1.25 lakh qualifying candidates. Krishang Joshi. Kuma from Maharashtra achieved AIR 3 with 99.9998189 per cent marks

Rajasthan 

Rajasthan stood at third rank with 1.19 lakh qualifying candidates. Mahesh Kumar from Rajasthan secured the All India Rank (AIR) 1 with a percentile score of 99.9999547 per cent

Karnataka

Karnataka grabbed the fourth position with 83,582 qualifying candidates in the state


Bihar-Fifth Position

From Bihar, a total of 80,954 students qualified, an increase from last year's qualifications of 74,716

Tamil Nadu

Tamil Nadu came in sixth with 76,181 NEET UG qualifications, down from last year's 89,198

Madhya Pradesh secured seventh position with 60,346 qualifications.  Utkarsh Awadhiya from Madhya Pradesh got the AIR 2 with 99.9999095 per cent marks
